The Central Council for Physical Recreation (CCPR) is conducting it's Sports Club Survey for 2009.  The CCPR is the umbrella body for national governing bodies and representative bodies of sport and recreation in the UK.  The survey will help the CCPR to lobby Government and other organisations effectively on behalf of sport in the UK.

Survey answers are anonymous and confidential, but to complete the survey you will need  a copy of your clubs annual report and accounts from the last two years to hand.  The survey closing date is 3rd July.
