The Covering Costs programme is designed to help participants understand the full costs of their organisation and how these can be effectively covered in order to ensure longer-term sustainability.

It is designed for key people in voluntary and community groups who have overall responsibility for budgeting, financial planning, monitoring and reporting for their organisation.
