The ASA Membership Fees are due to be paid by 31st March in each year.

For 2008, the ASA NER Management Board have determined that:
as the ASA are changing the system for dealing with clubs that fail to meet the date of 31 March for the payment of membership fees,  any club failing to pay its affiliation fee and per capita charge by 31 March would be  charged an additional sum equal to 10% of the previous year's fees or £50 whichever is the greater.
